1. | OFFICERS REPORTS | Vice President: Will Rogers Treasurer Report: Paul Blomgren gave the December 2025 report. The report was accepted unanimously. Secretary-Treasurer Report: Susan Walker, Minutes were accepted unanimously Susan Walker and Paul Blomgren will get to the bank to update the signature cards. |
2. | OLD BUSINESS | Repeater Report: Steve Werner reported that there were no issues with the Mt. Whitney or Centerton repeater.

3. | NEW BUSINESS | Net report: Weekly net lineup was reviewed. Net Controllers: 1st week is Van Allen 2nd Susan Walker 3rd Steve Werner 4th Darryl Wagoner 5th. Darryl Wagoner Net Controllers, please publicize that BCRO meetings are virtual via the BCRO website.
Bylaws: President Paul Blomgren discussed organizing a committee to discuss and review the Bylaws of BCRO. Darryl Wagoner will lead the committee, and Vice President Will Rogers will participate. They will report back to the group next month. Steve Werner suggested reviewing the bylaws of other radio groups.
FREE Testing: Testing continues to be the 3rd Saturday of the month at Cross Church in Springdale. Pre-registration is made through Darryl Waggoner.
