1. | OFFICERS REPORTS | Vice President: Will Rogers Treasurer Report: Paul Blomgren presented the December 2025 report. The report was voted on and accepted unanimously. Secretary-Treasurer Report: Susan Walker, Minutes voted upon and accepted unanimously. Treasure report voted upon and accepted unanimously.

2. | OLD BUSINESS | Repeater Report: Steve Werner reported that there were no issues with the Mt. Whitney or Centerton repeaters.

By-Laws: President Paul Blomgren led the discussion of the By-Laws. Will Rogers, screen shared his computer page of the tentative revision. The group brainstormed ideas and wording of the By-laws. Subject matter was tabled for further discussion for ideas to bring to the next meeting.
FREE Testing: Testing continues on the 3rd Saturday of each month. However, a new location is being sought. The upcoming testing on February 21st will be held at the Bentonville Public Library at 10AM. Darryl Waggoner. Email: darryl@wagoner.me

Impromptu Discussion: Steve Werner brought up a matter regarding Windows 11 and difficulties encountered while using it. Ideas and suggestions were shared. Various computer and ham radio programs were discussed.
