OFFICERS REPORTS |
Treasurer Report: Paul Blomgren reported not all facts and figures are ready yet. Secretary Report: Secretary Susan Walker, Minutes voted and accepted unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS |
Repeater Report: Steve Warner: The Centerton repeater is working. The generator is working. It was suggested to get a monitor for the generator. There were questions about internet available. Mt. Whitney is working. Will Rogers to reset the Timer. Currently, all repeaters are working without problems. |

NEW BUSINESS |
Net report: Net line up was reviewed. Net Controls: 1. Van Allen; 2. Susan Walker; 3. Steve Werner. Lisa Johnson will do the 5TH Thursdays. Net Controllers please publicize that BCRO meetings are virtual via the BCRO website.
Testing: Testing continues the 3rd Saturday of the month at Cross Church in Springdale. Preregister is made through Darryl Waggoner. Email: darryl@waggoner.me Individuals passed in September and more are testing in October.
Website: Currently, Van Allen is assisting with website and doing a great job. THERE IS GREAT INFORMATION ABOUT LOCAL REPEATERS, WEATHER, CLUBS, SO ON AND SO FORTH.
Facebook: Obituary and photos of Neil Poff were uploaded to Facebook. Feel free to add your favorite memory. Members suggested to contact the family. Susan messaged his Neil’s family and started communicating with Neil’s brother, Kevin. Steve Warner has taken responsibility to help the family with Neil’s possessions and radio equipment. Talk to Steve Warner for any “Give Aways” available. Family is willing to accept our care, concern, communications, and help; in lieu of a Sympathy Card from group. Neil’s pup is being well cared for.
YouTube: Benton County Radio Operators YouTube is up and running. President Darryl Waggoner is Technical Manager and will be uploading educational presentations from meetings.
Membership dues are payable January 1st, 2025.
The Roger’s Public Library is still not available for meetings.
Vice President position is still open. The office will remain open until someone volunteers for the position
Presentation by Mark Maddox and Paul Blomgren: Digital Nets. Advantages/disadvantages; voice or no voice; FL Digi; FLP programs; FL Messages; Hand Radio Deluxe; LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS; and questions and answers.
March educational presentation will be presented by Steve Werner: “DMR ON A DONGLE”.
On-line Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7 pm available via BCRO.org website.
