Requirements to test:

FCC Registration Number obtained at https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/support/knowledge-base/universal-licensing-system-uls-resources/getting-fcc-registration
A valid government issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport)
A valid email address.
Any CSCE you would like to claim for upgrading your current license.
