- The meeting was opened by club president Darryl Wagoner WA1GON.
- All present self-introduced. There were a total of 13 members and guests, and each person signed the attendance log. The original copy of the sign in log is attached to these minutes, and is placed in the secretary files.
- The educational program was presented by member Wayne Patton K5UNX. Wayne gave a presentation on APRS For Beginners, which was very interesting and well received by all present.
- The Treasurers report was given by cub treasurer Gregg Doty, listing a balance in the club treasury of $ 1,681.36.
- The treasurers report was approved by vote of membership. A copy of the report is attached to these minutes.
- The reading of minutes from previous meeting was waved as the minutes are published on the club web page.
- Pres. Darryl reported on plans for Field Day. He said that BCRO Club activities will be at the ARC located east of Decatur on June 22 & 23.
- Various board members reported on the May board meeting. Topics discussed at that meeting included possibly starting up another on air Elmer’s Net. It was determined that the club will not begin a new Elmer’s Net at this time due to lack of interest, and possibly conflicting with other such programs in the region.
- Also discussed was the suggestion for investigating possible interest in having some type of club uniform, possibly a new shirt of some type.
- Nothing was done except to agree on exploring further the uniform idea.
- Being now further business, the meeting was adjourned before 9 PM.
