- The meeting was opened by President Doug Schutz KD5DAS. All present self-introduced.
- There were a total of 21 members and guests present for the meeting.
- Member Darryl Wagoner WA1GON announced that while working recently in Oklahoma City he became aware of another licensing avenue in which he is interested, and plans to promote in the future for the BCRO Club. There was no discussion or comments regarding Darryl’s remarks.
- Will Rogers K5WLR Repeater Trustee, reported that there has been some problems with interference on the Centerton Club Repeater, but that Steve Werner K5SAW, working with the offending party has been able to secure repair of the problem, and it is thought that the repeater is again working properly.
- Upon motion of president Doug, the members voted to waive reading of previous months meeting minutes, and to approve the treasurers report as prepared by club treasurer Gregg Doty. Copy of the Treasurers report is attached to these minutes and is placed in the secretary file.
- Election of club officers for the coming year was the only item of business to be conducted at this meeting. Results of the election is….

– New Vice President, Alan Katz KE0QFO, and New President, Darryl Wagoner WA1GON. - A question from someone in the group ask about the previously discussed issue of obtaining insurance coverage from ARRL on club owned equipment. Treasurer Gregg said that the procurement of insurance is in process, and that the issue will be finalized following discussion with the newly elected officers.
- The business meeting was adjourned and all enjoyed the pot luck meal in observance of the Christmas Season.
