1. | OFFICERS REPORTS | Treasurer Report: Treasure Randy Estess’s treasure’s report was voted upon and accepted unanimously. Secretary Report: Secretary Susan Walker, Minutes voted and accepted unanimously. |
2. | OLD BUSINESS | Repeater Report: Steve Werner reported on repeaters. Club is still waiting on new owner’s full disclosure of club’s status. |
3. | NEW BUSINESS | Net report: Net lineup was reviewed. Net Controls: 1. Van Allen; 2. Susan Walker; 3. Steve Werner; 4. Lisa Johnson; 5. Lisa Johnson. . Net Controllers, please publicize that BCRO meetings can be attended virtually via the BCRO website. Thank you to everyone for helping. Thank you to Lisa.
Testing: Testing continues the 3rd Saturday of the month at Cross Church in Springdale. Preregister is made through Darryl Wagoner. Email: darryl@waggoner.me A request for VE’s is ongoing.
Website: Currently, Van Allen is assisting with the website and doing a great job. Web ideas continue to be discussed. Platforms are discussed.
Window Display: Display at Rogers Library is scheduled for May 2024. It is to draw the public interest to Amateur Radio. The theme is intended to focus on “Women In Amateur Radio”. Susan is still collecting photos and posters for the display.

New business Discussion of proposal to change meetings to online only with possible daytime get together monthly. A handout was given out about the Pros/Cons of the consideration. A vote will be available on website. Results will be available to next meeting.
