Treasurer Report: Treasure Randy Estess treasure’s report was voted upon and accepted unanimously. Secretary Report: Secretary Susan Walker, Minutes voted and accepted unanimously. |

OLD BUSINESS |
Repeater Report: Steve Werner reported on repeaters. Steve Werner has established an informal relationship with the people representing the tower. There is an informal “Handshake” agreement for BCRO to continue using the tower. There have been some power outages at the Centerton Tower. The Centerton tower equipment needs minor adjustments. Group discussed solutions. |

Net report: Net line up was reviewed. Net Controls: 1. Van Allen; 2. Susan Walker; 3. Steve Werner; 4. Lisa Johnson; 5. Lisa Johnson. . Net Controllers please publicize that BCRO meetings are virtual via the BCRO website.
Other NET discussion: Jon Williams and Chris Ebert are managing SKYWARN. It was discussed if NWA EmCOM could combine resources to do Weather Nets. Discussed the possibility of enhance BCRO tower coverage.
Testing: Testing continues the 3rd Saturday of the month at Cross Church in Springdale. Preregister is made through Darryl Wagoner. Email: darryl@waggoner.me A request for VE’s is ongoing.
Website: Currently, Van Allen is assisting with the website and doing a great job. Web ideas continue to be discussed. Platforms are discussed.
Window Display: Display at Rogers Library is scheduled for May 2024. It is to draw the public interest to Amateur Radio. The theme is intended to focus on “Women In Amateur Radio”. POTENTIAL FUTURE EVENTS: NWA EMERGENCY PREPAREDNES FAIR, September 21, 2024 @ 9 AM.

New business As per the vote, club meetings have been changed to Virtual meetings only via the BCRO website. There was further discussion about daytime “Get Togethers” and other ways to meet face-to-face. EDUCATIONAL TALK: The presentation was postponed to learn the best way to record the education talks.
On-line meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month available via BCRO website.
